Mission Statement
Our mission is to foster respect for human life in North Dakota by advocating for the protection of life at all stages. We seek to educate the public, influence public policy, and support life-affirming alternatives to abortion and euthanasia. Through truth, compassion, and courage, we work to ensure that every person, no matter how small, how old, or how vulnerable is recognized as a unique and unrepeatable gift.
About Us
Founded in 1971, North Dakota Right to Life is the state’s oldest and largest pro-life organization. For over five decades, we have been a steadfast voice for the dignity and value of every human life from conception to natural death. Rooted in our commitment to education, legislation, and compassionate advocacy, we work to protect the most vulnerable among us: the unborn, the elderly, the disabled, and those whose lives are threatened by a culture that too often devalues them.
We are a non-partisan, non-sectarian, non-profit organization composed of North Dakotans from all walks of life. Through grassroots efforts, community outreach, and policy engagement, we aim to build a culture in North Dakota where every life is respected, cherished, and defended.
